How Membership Freezes Work
We understand that sometimes you need to take a break.
We’re happy to offer the option to pause your membership when needed in accordance with our freeze policy.
Freeze Policy
Memberships may be placed on hold once per calendar year for up to one month (one billing cycle).
During a freeze, billing and booking access are paused
Existing reservations during the freeze period will be released
Billing will resume at the end of the freeze, with the cycle adjusted accordingly
Freeze requests must be made in advance and cannot be applied retroactively
Memberships must be active and in good standing to be eligible
How it Works
When your membership is frozen, your remaining time is simply paused and resumes once your freeze ends. Your membership is not prorated, and no time is lost.
Example:
If your billing date is the 25th and you choose to freeze from August 1–31, your July 25 payment will still go through. Your membership will then pause for the month of August, and your next billing date will shift forward so you still receive your full membership time.
Important details
• Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and cannot be applied retroactively
• Memberships must be active and in good standing to be eligible
A Note from Us
We know that life isn’t always predictable. If something comes up that falls outside of this policy, please reach out. We’ll always do our best to support you.
