All exercise is good exercise per Heidi - but as she learned in her Stott training, Pilates is corrective and should connect you to your body and all daily movements.
What you experience in her class will carry over into how you walk, sit at your desk, workout at the gym, how you carry your little one, (all the things!). When you leave a session with her, you will be feeling longer, stronger, empowered, and better in your body.
