I’m a newcomer to the world of Pilates, but I have the most important credential there is: a wife who absolutely loves it. Anything Andrea puts her mind to she succeeds at, so when she came to me with the idea, I was all in*.

When I’m not here, you’ll find me on the pickleball court, at a trivia night (I once took first place in 50s/60s music trivia solo), or cheering on the Detroit Lions through whatever the season throws at us.

I believe that Jersey City Heights is one of the most special, unique neighborhoods in the area, and I’m so proud to add New Heights to the list of amazing businesses already here.
